Location and well stocked kitchen/ lounge

Toilet bowl was dirty which I cleaned with a very overused toilet brush. Toilet seat also loose and when reported this was ignored by the property. Not very polite responses either when messaging and had to escalate to finally get my refundable deposit back so wouldn’t recommend

It’s a really nice place, the only issue we had was a whole bunch of people being really noisy upstairs both evenings we were there. I struggled to sleep. No complaints about the actual apartment, though.

The apartment had not been cleaned and serviced after the previous occupiers. So we cancelled the booking.

- Great location and easy to get to with shops and food nearby. - Great size and both beds comfy. - Nice and simple decoration. - Quiet considering it is close to a main road. - Secure with lockbox and got to check in a little late.

- It was a little dirty in places, like in the kitchen and the bathroom extractor fan. - Had to chase via multiple messages and an email to get my security deposit back, could do with a better process in place to return it after checkout

BE AWARE Damage deposit that we paid (100£) upfront is not received back until this day . Very difficult communication with the property management. There was no damage after we left , we supposed to received money within 7 days after checking out . It's been almost a month now.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Straight across the road from Ryan's Bar and Centra shop. Handy location.
