Excellent location- great roof top terraces with amazing views.

Downstairs bathroom was very small and didn’t feel clean. The kitchen was ok but no natural light so it wasn’t a space that we spent any time in. The kettle and hair dryer didn’t work so we had to boil water in a pan to make a cup of tea. The spiral staircase was ok for us but many people would find it difficult. The key situation needed sorting as the same card key accessed both apartments on the same floor.

"Very good"

The apartment was in a very good location in the old town, with a beautiful view. There were 31 steps between the two rooms, but we were happy to climb them for the view. The air conditioning worked great, the kitchen was well equipped, a large bathroom on the top floor.

The way I got the information about the keys was inappropriate for me. The sale of keys is only online. 24 hours before going on vacation, they sent us documented instructions for accommodation via a link. The problem was that it did not work according to the instructions. Upon arrival, we had to communicate via WhatsApp. Even though they responded on time and quickly, it was still stressful.
