Brand-new Parkview with Balcony in Old Fourth Ward 542Blvd

Everything! And this includes the location. And even though it’s off-street parking, I was always able to get a good parking spot out front.

The facilities were clean upon arrival and all bed linen and towels etc. were provided. The city centre was within walking distance which was convenient.

Unfortunately, it was clear previous guests had smoked marijuana in the apartment as there was an unmistakable odour in the living room area. This smell was also noticeable in the lift (elevator). Fortunately, it did not impact our stay as we spent very little time in the apartment as we were out and about most of the time.

Very convenient location. Decorations nice inside. Everything worked.

Walls need to be painted. But didn’t bother me much but still took the quality down a little bit.
