Location is close to Jaya one

The bedding was horrible , smelly and had stains on the pillows, making it impossible to sleep on , and the blanket is beyond smelly. When I texted the staff on WhatsApp and sent the photos , they just ignored me without replying back !!!!

Location was good. There is a supermarket nearby, and lots of places to eat

Every time when it rain heavily, the kitchen gets flooded. The water comes in from the balcony, where the washing machine is located. I msg the agent, they only offered their cleaning service once. It happened 4 times. This can be a health and safety issue because of the tiles used on the floor. They did not resolved this issue, in spite of my early report (15th Feb)

Good location for residential area if you want to stay in the suburbs of KL. Easy enough to get into KL, might need a taxi to the nearest MRT/LRT station. Very nice apartment, with all the necessary facilities needed for the duration of my stay and the view of the city was the cherry on the cake!

The gym in the apartment was not good at all, unfortunately, the bike and elliptical was not working at the time I went.
