Don't come to this hotel if you don't have earplugs! The building is shared with a noisy club/restaurant with music all night long, and it's impossible to sleep. Also, don't include the breakfast in your package! They don't specify on their Booking.com description that the breakfast is not in this building but in another restaurant 7 blocks away from the hotel! Additionally, walking there is not worth it as the restaurant only gives bad coffee, juice, and one scrambled egg. We asked for milk and they said that it's not included and we have to pay for it. The receptionist in the night didn't know one word of English and it was difficult to communicate.

Do not recommend. This hotel is definitely NOT a 4 stars. There are TWO bars right under the hotel they not only play music until 2:50-3:00 it’s live music that includes drums!! And if this isn’t enough the bar workers or something like this open their shift with very loud music, even in mornings. So if you don’t mind sleeping from 3:00 to 7:30 you can come here. Also, you would expect from hotel that is close to the beach and also mentions it as one of their benefits to provide the guests with towels to the beach. In reality each person gets 1 towel each day and if you need another one you need to pay 200 pesos for each towel!!! you don’t even buy the towel and you don’t even get towels for the all room-just 1 and it’s likely to be smudged!!! When looking at the hotel policy that we signed when we came we noticed that in the policy it is written that each towel cost 100 pesos. So I guess they just USE the tourists! Like anyone believes that the towel really cost that much this hotel is a joke.

Very nice. The best hotel for the price. The shampoo and soap smelled so GOOD. The room was amazing for the price.

The breakfast was ok small portions not very much egg toast coffe drink. The music is loud at night but it’s live and down town.

Unfortunately didn't have the best experience here. We tried to be optimistic about booking here for the location. If you're planning to stay up partying every night you're here, until 2-3am, then it's the place for you. If not, you will be kept up anyways from the noise. The music was unbelievably loud, and kept getting louder as the night went on. We could actually feel our bed move with the sounds of drums and bass. When we went to check in, they assigned up to a room with a balcony that connected around to the restaurant and check in area on the serving floor. The patio door did not lock.... Someone could have easily came into the room and we were uncomfortable staying in there. We asked to switch and the reception was willing to move us, which was really nice. The next room also dusty, but nicer. Clean sheets but they were stained. The rooms were smelly, moldy and just not pleasant. There were also renovations happening next door and they went till 9pm, I think this is out of the hotel's control but it wasn't too relaxing having drills going that late. We stayed our first night out of 3 and decided to get an airBNB the last two nights. Unfortunately no refund but we were happy to get a good nights sleep. Oh and there's no pool. Just being honest here so people can have a better idea of what to expect. The AC did work great, and there was cold running water which made the night abit better.

Very well located, very nice staff, good restaurant, option to store luggage, nice Spa. Good price.
