you have to go to a different restaurant for the breakfast it's about 7 minutes walk its not good at all a

they have a construction going on in the hotel all the long until 8pm the restaurant downstairs' plays loud music until 3AM no fridge in the room and the TV didn't work very small room with a king size bed

Convenient location, room with a balcony overlooking the central pedestrian street.

No shower gel.

the only good thing was the shower..

the music were so loud at night, so you definitely have to sleet with earplugs.The staff took 50 pesos for a little makeup/foundation on the pillow sheets.

Clean room, nice facilities.

Really loud during the nights, because the hotel is near a bar.

the hotel has no elevator and you must walk up 2-3 flights of stairs with your own luggage- nobody helps you. the rooms sit above a restaurant that plays extremely loud music every night until 2am and there is no sound proofing, so it will keep you up. there is a charge to replace towels. the balcony we had was next to the restaurant balcony that was not restricted so we could not relax on our own balcony without being harassed by other tourists. when we requested to change rooms we had to haggle not to pay more, AND had to bring our old towels from our previous room.

It was a great walk for an early start of your day😇😇😇

Stayed in the top unit, it was literally too loud to sleep. Music outside only stopped at 2am

The property was ok but but overpriced. The central pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The location on 5 th is good and the rooms were clean

Dirty pool. The bathrooms need updating. The hotel is very noisy at night till 1:00 am as it is surrounded by two nightclubs and a restaurant with live music below. The hotel does warn you about this but the experience is not pleasant.

the rooms were really nice and was close to everything

before booking the hotel never mentioned there was a nightclub directly next door to the place so it was very loud until 3am every night. online it mentioned towels were included. what wasn’t mentioned is you only got a new towel every 3 days or had to pay 100 Mexican peso if you wanted a new one before then. we had to sign a form saying we wouldn’t get our money back if we cancelled or left due to it being very noisy at night and we had couldn’t be loud after 11pm. the staff were very nice but didn’t speak English very well. I was also not given any money back for my pre booked airport shuttle (through the hotel) after my flight was cancelled on my 1 hr before I was supposed to leave.
