Cozy room with quaint coastal decorations. Everything was very clean with an abundance of available amenities for the kitchen and shower. Lovely porch area with French doors to allow the ocean air and sounds in. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are older; no A/C meant for stuffy and humid sleeping. It is very easy to hear the other tenants moving about or talking. The bed was also not terribly comfortable.

Location is great. The property is right at the beach on the bay. The room was clean and nice. We also enjoyed the grassy area at the bottom of the property at the end of the day, sitting in the chairs and listening to the ocean and drinking wine. Nice landscape (with koi pond) at the bottom of the property.

It truly is a partial ocean view. The view is the other building though some ocean is still visible over the roof.

Great location, seriously can’t be beat. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Coffee and all amenities were there. Highly recommend
