MGM Signature Condo Hotel by Owner - No Resort Fee !!

I was not allowed to check-in after booking online. Staff was not helpful, left the property at midnight after denied access.

The room and the jacuzzi tub. Beds were comfortable. The view was nice. Good hot water. Nicely clean.

Cooler could have been cooler. The ice machine on the floor was never working. Had to travel to other floors for ice. Coffee packets were scarce hard to get.

Breakfast was very good! Made fresh, delicious

Didn’t appreciate the scolding we got from a woman at the front desk for not standing in the proper place while checking in. She was very rude and was not a welcoming experience. The rest of the staff was excellent

Spa tub, location, staff....amazing

No extra towels or blankets available due to 3rd party. We had to use the same towels every night

The convinient location yet away from the hustle . Even though there was a race track being built that’s not the fault of the hotel. We relaxed perfectly .

The tv needs to be updated . It was a struggle using it . We’re in 2026 I think it’s cheap to get a smart tv so guest can have more options
