GBThe location is good, the inside of the flat was decent, modern and clean
The biggest issue was the outside front of the building as you walk to the front door from the pavement. Frankly it was disgusting with litter everywhere, bin bags split open, dirty tissues and even condoms that you had to walk through. We did report it to the booking agent on the first day and there was even more rubbish and litter when we left after two nights. It's a real health hazard in my view. Also the shower is little bizzare, as it's fixed at less than 6 ft so you have to crouch.

The property is up 4 flights of stairs, which were very grubby and smelly. There were signs about rubbish and smoking, poor decor and the front door left unlocked by other residents. On a noisy main road, overall this was not somewhere I felt comfortable.
