Absolutely lovely clean and tidy apartment,we had a lovely stay, very comfortable close to everything,beach,restaurants, pools, bars,shops, its on your doorstep ,even the bus stop bus no 40 and night bus 711 night bus is 10mins walk behind the apartment to get back to airport & very quiet at night all you need is in the apartment from shampoo,condition,iron to a corkscrew 😆 thank you for making our stay a comfortable we would highly recommend this apartment for all ages but there is 3 flights of stairs as apartment is on the 3rd floor

Location was excellent. Quiet at night . Loved the little extra bits in kitchen. Sofa bed very comfortable!

On our day of arrival there was no one at reception , so a little panicked as we had no access to apartment. Communication via booking. Com in Spanish language only so difficult .

The location is excellent and provides easy access to the beach and popular local areas.

There was nothing to dislike. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.

This apartment is very close to the best beach and seafront. There are many restaurants, cafes, and shops just 50 meters away, making it a great location. It's not too close to the loud seafront where many people are walking, but it is close enough to the beach and offers a nice sea view from a quiet terrace. The terrace is spacious, and the doors to it can be opened fully, which adds to the comfort. It offers you privacy and comfort while having all the amenities you need, such as nearby restaurants and the seafront, at the same time. Additionally, the location is perfect as it doesn't get much sun until the evening, so I didn't need to worry about the temperature inside the apartment. I never even had to use the fans. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and utensils, as well as oil, salt, sugar, and seasonings. Everything you need for the beach, such as a sun umbrella and beach chairs, is also provided. We even found board games. The bathroom was clean, as was the entire apartment, and the bed was comfortable. Spare bath towels were also available. The size of the apartment might seem small on photos, but it is actually quite spacious and comfortable.

I needed the TV for just one day to watch the legendary Usyk-Fury boxing match, but I couldn't use it as intended. Although there are two TVs in the apartment, neither is a smart TV, and no smart device is available. I had to watch on my phone, which was disappointing. No one likes to be limited to local channels; this should be improved. Additionally, there is no hood in the kitchen, and some pots are not compatible with the induction cooker, making them unusable. While the apartment itself is excellent, you need to pass through an old part of the hotel that is not in good condition, which can be disappointing when you arrive. Despite these issues, it was still the best place for a reasonable price, so the negatives are balanced out. However, it would be nice if the owner could address these points.
