"Nice apartment in a great location but let down by poor customer service"

The apartment was great, well equipped with everything needed for a self catering stay. Super location.

The lady on reception who gave us our keys was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. We were given no guidance at all in how to locate the apartment and with luggage this was not an easy task on our own. We reported a broken awning twice but it was never repaired so we couldn't sunbathe on the balcony. There is no information provided in the apartment on how to operate the facilities so we had difficulty with the laundry machine. Swimming pool too cold to use in winter months

Nice apartment. Amazing location and nice view.

It’s a 3 story building with no elevator. This wasn’t a problem for me, but good to bear in mind if you have heavy luggage.

"Lovely apartment."

Wonderful stylish apartment. Spotlessly clean apartment looking out to the sea in a lovely complex. 2 min walk to the beach,and to all the bars and restaurants around the beach. 15 minute walk up to the main action of las Americas. Lovely walk along the beachfront . Lovely bar to sit in at night, with Jane and her friends. Some great entertainment in the evenings as well. Highly recommend.

Maybe a welcome pack of water, tea, sugar etc, especially if you have a night flight in. A few stairs to climb, not an issue if your not carrying much luggage, but would be if you have walking problems. But there's not much not to like.

"love the place!"

very clean, good space, good pools and really close to everything (beach is in front of the house). has a cool supermermarket in the facilities and is really close to a mercadona too.

don’t have lift to go the property, you have to use a lot of stairs to get there, but is manageable with small luggage.

Location was excellent, apartment really good.
