Was perfect for a 1 night stay, great value for money, plenty of space, parking and just a 10 min taxi ride into Liverpool City Centre. Communication was absolutely amazing, very helpful and quick at responding to messges xx

The outside gardens need a bit of a tidy up especially when it's the first thing you see. Also more glasses/cups/plates for the amount of people the house sleeps. These things didn't effect our stay but just things that I feel would make the rating higher xx

It was close to the stadium, which was the goal of the trip.

It’s wasn’t clean, bathroom needs updating due to leaking shower/loose floor tiles and it wasn’t near food or shopping.

Parking was good.

Read Me - This property is not as advertised. It has ONE bathroom and One downstairs toilet. I called the host to discuss this and he said "nobody else has complained". He didn't care and just said he would "check the ad". I called a second (and third, and fourth) time to find out why the internet wasn't working, but he wouldn't pick up. The property has three bedrooms and sleeps seven people. It is fairly sparten and poorly maintained but is a step up from backpaker's accommodation - but luxury it isn't. I am writing this reveiw a week later and the false information is still online.

The property is located relatively close to city centre. Spacious rooms and many beds in the house, you can accommodate many people.

There was a problem with the broadband which was quite annoying. A couple of scratches and holes on the walls etc. The house will need a refreshing soon.

Spacious and clean. Great space.

The boiler didn't work. After searching for it for 40 minutes we finally found it and managed to reset the pressure. We were travelling for a funeral so by the time we got back and needed showers it was too late to contact the host. This is NOT a complaint as the accommodation was great it's just a note that maybe it needs to be checked. As a side note the bin in the garden was overflowing. I think some people may have a moan about that!
