"Superb"

Very comfortable house. Clean and modern. Walking distance from Anfield football ground, with restaurants close by. Ideal for someone who is travelling by car, free reserved parking bay. In a very quiet area. A home away from home.

The property is modern, spotless, in a quiet area, and has it's own car space in a community parking area (look for 16). It is also close to 2 Bus routes into Liverpool taking about 15 mins to travel to city centre. Car parking around the Albert Dock area is very expensive - as of August 2023 approx £1.20 per 30 minutes!! . We set up an account for the ST Johns Centre Car park (near Lime Street Railway Station) , It costs £5.00 for 24 hours to park and you can use it for upto 10 years. ( you will need an E-Mail address, a bank account and Car Registration Number to set up) and as "DELL BOY" says its "Easy Peezy Lemon Squeezy". PS use boxer.lights.animal in the what3words app for directions.

1. The property was described as having 2 Bathrooms. This was untrue. It had 1 Bathroom on the first floor and just a separate Toilet on the ground floor. 2. There was only 1 Hand towel in the property described as suitable for 7 people !! (we got round this by using a spare bath towel). Don't let the above put you off though.

"Good value for the money and how many it sleeps."

Bedrooms nicely decorated and spacious.

The second bathroom was only a toilet downstairs. The garden was not useable as too small.

The property was as advertised,great location and ideal in size for our group.Very clean and all facilities adequate.The host was kind and available with any questions we had.
