Clean, beds are comfortable & close to town centre was very convenient to have a parking space. Host was very accommodating. We had a good one night stay.

The convenience for the town, having your own little home from home very clean comfortable and homely. Great as well to have a parking space.

The only negative was checkout was 10 not 11 as stated on booking com.

Location was excellent

Maybe an en suite could be added in future when finances allow, otherwise good

The house was ideally located for our trip to see our daughter performing at the theatre. It is very central and provides easy access to the town. The cottage is quaint and has lots of character. It is very well stocked for self-catering. We appreciated the welcome drinks and nibbles!

Quirky cottage with comfy sitting room. Excellent kitchen , well set up with loads of cleaning products. Lower level bedroom very comfortable and quite spacious. Good quality, clean bedding and soft fluffy towels. Some lovely treats supplied as added bonus. Centre of town, short walk to river.

I would have liked to see upstairs room but stairs, necessary in older homes, too steep for me.

It was lovely to be greeted by a crackling fire 🔥 on arrival 😍 so cosy! Thankyou for the cookies, very thoughtful indeed and also thank you for the milk! The beds and pillows were so comfortable and fresh, we enjoyed a very good nights sleep ! Plenty of fluffy, clean towels for use too.

The location was excellent, very close to Darwin birthplace, and within walking distance to all the attractions such as Dingle Garden, the Library and the Castle. The property was clean, well-equipped and characteristic. It was also very spacious for three of us.

There were lots of traffic noise at late night and early morning, the toilet was downstairs and the beds were too soft.

The cottage was in an excellent position for accessing the town centre, it was clean and comfortable.

The road outside had lots of traffic noise, the toilet at the property was downstairs and the staircase was quite steep.There were also additional steps throughout the property which could present a problem to anyone with mobility issues.
