"Ideal location, close to the centre, but far enough to feel comfortable, great host and parking."

Location - if your attending the theatre its just down the road. We liked the small walk over the bridge from which there is a great number of places to eat and drink. Oh and the town centre is just beyond. Host - our host Lee was a great communicator and instilled a strong sense of trust. Extra touches - Biscuits - Nice little touch we did not expect. TV - We also found the tv to work just fine (no terrestrial line but all the usual Apps worked so we had no problems)

The beds upstairs are spring loaded making for a noisy and uncomfortable sleep for us

Location is great. 10 minute walk to the town centre. Great bakery just up the road, along with a good restaurant. All the dealings with Lee were really helpful.

The wifi wasn't great which meant that watching TV (a smart TV) was frustrating with regular buffering. The house has beds for 6 people, (we were only 2 so this wasn't our concern), but if there were 6 sharing the house, there wouldn't be enough easy chairs or kitchen chairs. I can only assume this would be pointed out to you, though.

Well situated and appointed. Very adequate for a group of 3 or a small family.

TV’s didn’t work otherwise lovely. Being newly decorated and updated there were bound to be a few niggles.

"Exceptional"

Lovely cottage with comfortable beds and nice decor. WiFi, tea/coffee, towels etc provided. Hosts really flexible and responsive to messages/requests. Easy to check in/out, central location in a nice part of town.

Can’t think of anything to improve!

Location was great. Everything clean and a nice touch to leave some biscuits and water for us to have. Lee available by text and responded quickly to any query. He was very accommodating re: letting us leave the car in the parking space after check out. 2 double bedrooms were a good size and comfortable.

Living room very small and seats and eating area not very comfortable. Surprised there was no garden (which is stated on the facilities description).
