Location was good. Walking distance to the city centre. Windows were lovely to sit in and watch the world go by. Flat was basic but contained everything needed. Reasonable value for money.

No quilts for the sofa bed. Power tripped out at some point during the night. Unfortunately the fuse box was so high up that no one could reach it. The consequence of this was that my brother was unable to use his cpap through the night. Tv was overly complicated however YouTube worked well. Being sent a list of house rules is fine. Stripping the beds is not a problem however if you are asking the customer to do this. It's better to make sure the mattress protectors and quilts/ pillows are not stained

Flat was spacious, clean and simple. Beds are comfortable and extremely good value for money so would stay again

Asked for a £300 deposit due to being under 25 which we did receive back however it was not stated before booking and was a non refundable booking.
