EE's Seaside House - Homestay 3 min walk to beach

The rental unit itself is well maintained and clean. How've, is not 3 minutes from the beach. Close to 10 minutes.

Common facilities need some serious work. The swimming pool is not fit for swimming

Very clean. The furniture is new and not outdated. The decoration is aesthetically pleasing and well-organized. Comfortable for large families and suitable for young children. The location is easy to find as it is close to the lift. Access to the unit is convenient with a password, so there is no need to pass keys around. Strong wifi. There is a swimming pool that is child-friendly. Conveniently located near eateries, grocery stores, and the beach.

The sink has an unpleasant odor. The balcony view is not appealing as it overlooks shared housing, so the curtains need to be kept closed. Parking fee is quite expensive. It is difficult to find regular TV channels, which may be challenging for older guests, although younger guests may manage. The TV cabinet has sharp edges that could pose a risk for children. The bidet water pressure in the toilet is slightly low. The makeup table lamp is not functioning. The building appears old and somewhat intimidating.

For the house is very nice.

For the property outside no good, look like very dirty and very dark.

I think like being scammed because the building it looks scary

Although the building looks old but the homestay is pleasant to stay. Perhaps some new paint would enlighten the place.

The overall buildings' exterior and the parking charges as it does not complement with the building exterior.
