Really nice apartment

The staff was very friendly and responsive.

Sometimes, at night, neighbors are very loud. Hanging out until early morning at the street.

The owner gave good instructions on how to check in and out. We were not told that there was no elevator, and we were on the 2nd floor. We met other vacationers that were on the top floor and had elderly parents with them! The bathrooms had enough towels, and it was nice to be able to wash clothes at the end of our journey.

The owner was well aware of the area we were staying in, and the people living nearby. She acted as if it was something new when I contacted her about feeling concerned. We had a 3 night stay, and every night the noise level was ridiculous! There were parties, loud music and people fighting/screaming relentlessly. We didn't sleep at all after the first night and felt unsafe to even open the door to go outside. The neighbors across the street were sitting in front of one and had kids playing around the other, while leaning our car hanging out. It's obvious they "own" the block and do not appreciate strangers staying there. We will never go back to that area. It's loud, dirty, and not a place to walk around and get any essential items.

The facilities were a lot nicer than I had expected and all worked wonderfully! Owner was very clear in their communication and was very friendly!!

The location made it difficult to stay out as late as we wanted, but we got around it by ordering ubers instead of walking.

The apartment was nice, fully stocked with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The location was about 2-3 miles from all attractions.

Ant infestation through the apartment, drug dealers and addicts on the corners all day and night.
