Central DC APT , City Skyline View , Close to All

I thought the property was very nice but I'm unsure of the neighborhood. I also didn't like that the coffee carafe was broken and I couldn't make coffee. In addition, the refrigerator ran out of water. I appreciate that the apartment is beautiful and comfortable.

Apartment was clean but not enough heating in bedrooms caused me and my partner to become ill. I now have chest infection.

The apartment itself is very good, nice and clean, very comfortable to live in. Have 2 bathrooms，super convenient. But the surrounding environment is not that good, the security guard in the nearby shops and pedestrian on road all told us to be careful, the area is dangerous. So not suggest for single woman to live here. Besides this, the apartment is a good choice, value for money!

this was a really good deal for a bunch of girls traveling together, i came with a pretty big friend group, we had enough space, and they have diffusers/blowdryer provided. its a 15-20 min drive to attractions like museums/chinatown/clubs/monuments. security system is pretty good, perfect for a 2-3 night stay.

the neighborhood seems a little sketch, but you will be fine, just mind your business and no one will even notice you, coming from a traveling girl group that booked this place. they don't have body soaps in the bathrooms and walls are a little thin so if you are sensitive to the possibility of having loud neighbors, or hearing your friends talk in the other room over, i wouldn't recommend. parking is a little bit chaotic and definitely misleading. its all luck if there is actually space on the street for free street side parking and my friends and i got real lucky with finding a spot. its definitely cramped and you have a pretty high chance of having to find somewhere close by for parking.

The location only has two parking spaces for the eight units; the property management expects all other guests to use "free street side parking in the area". This property is located in a dense urban area, what streetside parking there is is already taken up by residents of the surrounding area. Also, the street side parking in front of the building must be clear during high congestion hours and if there is a snow emergency. There is no back up parking solution. In addition to the non-existent parking, the property is in the middle of an urban renewal area, with surrounding and adjoining buildings being in various states of renovation or disrepair. Be cautious outside the property as the ground and sidewalks around it are covered in broken liquor bottles and other trash. We wound up not staying in the property because in addition to the parking and safety issues, the unit was filled with a detergent/chemical smell so strong we could not breath without gagging. We contacted both the property management and Booking.com customer service about the issue. All Booking.com would do was try to contact the property management who we were already in contact with. All the property management would offer was free parking over a quarter a mile away in an area we did not feel was safe and free late checkout which was of no use to us due to our departing flight time. Booking.com attempted to seek a better solution with the property management but the property management stopped responding to attempts at communication.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Close to Washington attractions.

Apartment had weed smell. The neighborhood is not the best. Across the street there were always men smoking/selling weed. The smell was terrible and a bit scary. The apartment is close to major attractions but is not well surrounded. The men were there from early morning to very late at night, outdoors and smoking. Very sketchy. Unfortunate!
