Очень шумно ночью, первый этаж, душно. Не смотря на то, что было обусловленно заселение ровно 15:00 ключи мы ждали 45 минут! На семью из 6 человек полотенец было только на троих!!!

L'emplacement du logement est très proche du centre.

La personne qui nous a accueilli n'a pas été très agréable et nous a fait de suite une réflexion comme quoi il nous attendait depuis 40 min alors que c'est pas vrai (preuve avec l'échange des messages) Pas très commercial de faire payer 20 euros de plus alors qu'on a été bloqué pendant 1h30 sur l'autoroute pas très loin de Gênes. La propreté est à revoir le sol était pleins de poussières et il avait un chewing-gum sur le banc à côté du lit 1 place. Il y avait un grand ventilateur qui ne fonctionnait pas et en période de canicule c'est inadmissible. Très mauvaise odeur dans la cuisine.

Le fait d'être prés du centre historique, appartement tout de meme spacieux.

Quartier tagué, cris de personnes, pas facile d'accès, prix parking élève. L'appartement n'était pas propre, vaisselle sale et pas de qualité. Extrêmement chaud pas de climatisation au rez-de-chaussée sans balcon, trop renfermé.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist an und für sich hervorragend, jedoch ist die Gegend etwas fragwürdig. In den umliegenden Gassen riecht es vermehrt nach Urin.

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war ungenügend, sowohl der Boden, als auch die Küchengeräte waren recht schmutzig. In der Dusche war etwas Schimmel in den Fugen. Generell war das Klima in der Wohnung sehr muffig, Fenster ließen sich zwar öffnen, da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, können diese jedoch nicht über Nacht geöffnet bleiben, es seie denn man möchte beim schlafen beobachtet werden. Die Bilder der Unterkunft sind sehr clever geschossen, darauf ist nämlich nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett handelt und zwei weitere schlafbereiche (durch einen einfachen Vorhang getrennt). Der eine Bereich hat drei Einzelbetten, der andere hat ein Wandbett, dieses befindet sich im Eingangsbereich. In anderen Bewertungen wurde das Bild von außen bemängelt, dieses ist aus der Eingangstür der Unterkunft heraus aufgenommen, auch das ist etwas ungünstig gelöst. Wenn man die Daten, die Booking ausspuckt direkt in Google Maps importiert, dann landet man bei einer ganz anderen Hausnummer. Zusätzlich waren einige Steckdosen locker.

Somewhat big enough for 4 of us. Walking distance to bar/restaurants.

The floor was quite dirty that my socks turned black after walking on it. I was also afraid that the dust on the ceiling were to land on my face while I sleep. The power cord of the hair dryer was found separated from the hairdryer itself so we had no hair dryer to use.

The location is very nice, right in the centre, everything is very close (monuments, aquarium, shops…). The host is also very nice.

There were some complications getting into the apartment, we had to wait with our luggage in the middle of the city. The apartment was very dirty, especially the bathroom, it hasn’t been cleaned properly. You will be staying in a really loud part of time and there is public lighting that is very bright at night - it is as if the curtains aren’t even there. The kitchen isn’t really stocked. Some windows cannot be closed and the others cannot be open. It was also quite chilly in the apartment.

The location

It was damp, it smelled like mold. In one room the floor was flooded. The shower cubicle in the bathroom siphon was clogged. One key was not secure and we were electrocuted.
