Everything except for a couple of points noted below.

Your facilities description on Booking.com, etc needs amending. It says there is a bath in one of the bathrooms but it is not allowed to be used because of safety reason so should be excluded. Also the description mentions three bathrooms when in fact there are only two as the 'third' is just a toilet and sink. Therefore with multiple visitors they have to share the one shower or the en suite. We all managed ok but could be a problem if people do not like sharing.

Muito bem localizado, espaçoso e acolhedor.

Pagar 150€ caução antes da entrada! No check in pediram outra vez a caução quando já tínhamos pago e apenas recebemos a devolução 3 dias depois do check out, não é razoável! Existem aplicações para devolução imediata e a empresa recebe diretamente no dia na conta a caução. 1.20€ por cápsula café... bem neste caso o melhor que poderiam fazer era nem ter! Não dava tão má imagem... podiam oferecer 2 cápsulas por ( boas vindas ) agora cobrar mais do que no café!? Não tem lógica.

Clean Location( it is close to Oriente and may need sound machine to cover train sounds but others may like the sound. ) Comfortable and lots of space . Should bring your own Delta coffee and more water for starters.

Location

Apesar de check in quase no final do dia , não houve flexibilidade em de permitir check out uma hora depois do tempo estabelecido , foi complicado gerir bagagens da família de 5 , e perdi praticamente uma parte do dia que poderia ser aproveitado para passeios .

Die Location ist super! Man ist nur 3 Metro Stationen vom Flughafen entfernt, die Gegend ist ruhig, bietet aber alles, was man braucht ( Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine tolle Laufstrecke). Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Álvaro hat uns zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit empfangen, uns das Apartment gezeigt und hat alle Fragen beantwortet.
