La casa è comoda e carina. Dispone anche di macchina per caffè (no cialde). Il riscaldamento nella camera con salottino non funziona bene.

Le informazioni sono imprecise, lo staff e il sito booking non comunicano e questo genera problemi soprattutto quando si viaggia con bambini. Avevo chiesto tramite booking il check in alle 14 invece che alle 15, mi è stato risposto che avrebbero fatto il possibile. Mj ha contattato il giorno dell'arrivo una persona dello staff che neanche lo sapeva, quindi sono rimasta nel limbo . Bastava semplicemente no. Invece mi hanno poi assicurato un check in alle 14.45, ma il tizio si è presentato comunque alle 15. Con una pioggia e un vento assurdo, senza nessuna informazione precisa sul palazzo , con l' autista (sempre tramite booking) che ci ha lasciato dal lato opposto, sono rimasta con i miei figli ad aspettare in mezzo alla strada. Eravamo fradici. Assurdo. Mancanza di comunicazione e organizzazione spaventosa.

The whole management feels like a hotel, very polite and professional but still being a cosy apartment. Bed were super confortable, kitchen had most appliances one needs (we did miss a toaster for breakfast!), althoug it is so well located close to the shopping mall that we ended up eating out most of the time. The apartment is very well furnished and super confortable with AC. There is 24h security in the building but the area in general is pretty safe. It is also conveniently very well connected to the subway. We had overall a great stay and would definetely come back.

Not being informed ahead when booking that i still needed to put in a fee which is then returned at the end in case there are no damages. I contacted the number for support and then they arranged for the person delivering the keys to bring a card payment device juts for this. So everything worked out fine and I got my fee returned in the end automatically.

I loved absolutely everything about the place. The house is spacious, very well decorated, it had everything you need while you are there. It is close to the train station, the shopping mall

Confortável, simpatia do anfitrião e porteiro, bem decorado, limpo e óptima localização.

The location is extremely good. Close to train station, metro station, mall, high street, seaside sightseeing points. They provide all the things you would need in kitchen. The check in staff is nice and prompt response upon request in WhatsApp.

The shower switching knob is too high and not accessible by yound kids.

Very easy to get to, close to the train station and shops and in a beautiful location with great views. Highly recommended 😊

The apt was clean tidy comfortable and perfectly situated for us
