Oriente 25 Apartments by APT IIN - Parque das Nações

The apartment is very conveniently located if visiting this side of Lisbon (Oriente), the train station is 2 minutes away, the airport can be reached by metro (3 stops) and one of the largest shopping mall in the city is 3 minutes away. The apartment is nicely appointed and in a secure building, affording city view. On a busy road but I had no issues sleeping at night. Everything is in good working order and they provide most of what you need while in town.

A few things can be improved: the shower sealing requires replacement and proper cleaning. You can't open the fridge door without hitting the kitchen ceiling light. There is some humidity on the living / dining room coming from the bathroom that should be fixed. The bed is fine for one person but would be tight for a couple unless both are skinny.

Podobała mi się lokalizacja. Przyjemna okolica, blisko Tagu i promenady nad wodą. Blisko dworca Oriente i lotniska (3 stacje metra). W pobliżu dużo knajpek oraz centrum handlowe.

Hałas z dworca Oriente. Okna z 3 sypialni wychodzą bezpośrednio na dworzec, co wiąże się z hałasem który słychać mimo zamkniętych okien. W apartamencie z 3 sypialniami są dwie łazienki i jedna toaleta. Łazienka z wanną znajduje się w głównej sypialni, łazienka z prysznicem dla pozostałych dwóch sypialni oraz 1 toaleta z umywalką. Standard jest bardzo średni jak za tę cenę. Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia. Wyposażenie standardowe, bez wielkich udogodnień. Wyposażenie bardzo ubogie , zbyt mała ilość naczyń, sztućców itp. Przydałoby się niewielkim kosztem wyposażyć mieszkanie w potrzebne dodatkowe akcesoria kuchenne (gąbki do zmywania, ręczniki papierowe, ściereczki, kostki do zmywarki itp.). Trzeba zwrócić uwagę na to, że pobierany jest depozyt.

Ovn og mini ovn virkede ikke. Når man åbner køleskabsdøren støder den ind i loft-lampen.

Great location. Easy to get to the Oriente Station.

The washing machine was not working properly. We couldn't dry our clothes. We reported the issue to the management company. It took them 11 hours to respond to our message. Once we managed to get our clothes dry, they smelled mildewy. The towel warmer in the bathroom didn't work.

生活するように過ごせました。 チェックインの仕方やいろいろな相談も夜10時までOKでした。 大変広い部屋で眺めも良かったです。

オリエンテ駅の近くと言うことで予約をしたのですが、直前に相手都合でアパートを変えられました。同じ通りということでしたが結局一駅分遠かったです。アップグレードしてくれて快適でしたが石畳の道を荷物を引いて歩くのは辛かったです。

Localização muito boa Bem equipado e tudo muito limpo e arrumado

O hall do apartamento cheirava um pouco mal, devido à conduta dos lixos, mas felizmente não entrava para o apartamento

É perto do parque nas nacoes e estacao do oriente

Quando reservei o apartamento nao era o mesmo que nos deram e para durmir 3 noites num sofa cama nao foi de todo confortavel quando mas tirando isso nada a dizer

Spacious. Comfortable. Lovely views. Great having roof terrace.

Smell from drains when sitting on terrace.
