Sun Room (Studio) on the edge of the Harties dam.

Loved the quiet serenity offered. Great location and privacy was great.

Was not issue for me, but maybe description should indicate that there are number of stairs to be navigated to get to the unit.

Everything was dirty. I washed the whole kitchen and bathroom after we've checked in. The bedding was dirty and stained, looked like urine stains and foundation/make-up stains on white bedding. Bed base cover didn't fit at all, the painting above the bed is just dirty. The paintings throughout the unit were full of dust and spider webs, Couch was damaged. Patio doors were damaged, and they couldn't lock. The bedding was horrendous. We went to buy new bedding. The walls definitely could use new fresh paint. Interior lamps were broken. Cutlery could at least match. Carpets are torn, chairs had stain marks. A lot of damaged furnishings If it was better looked after and thoroughly cleaned, i would most defenetly recommend it with the amazing view

I really liked the views in the evenings and in the mornings.

The narrow roads, big cars not recommended. Tons of steps not a train smash. There was a lot of spider webs and some of the glasses were still dirty.
