Very cheap

Initial contact was farcical. Door had a key safe. No-one had told me the code. Pressed the camera door bell and asked for the code. Was told to use the one I had been sent. Difficult conversation on a busy, noisy road and took sometime before person relented and gave me the code. The property is in a tired condition. Toilet seat broken, wobbly taps generally run-down. Supposed to be en suite but it appears three different people could stay there - there were three keys in the key safe. - and one bathroom and loo. Good breakfast in listing - no idea where that was. However, it was very cheap and you get what you pay for!

We stayed here as we were competing in the Bolton Ironman race. The location was perfect and the room/facilities were fine for our purposes. Entry was easy and there was on road parking nearby.

En-suite would have been nice but shared facilities weren't really a problem for us and this was reflected in the price.

Very relaxing and cosy, no trouble. The host is lovely and makes you feel at home.

Nothing I didn’t like to be honest it’s one of the best I’ve stayed in and I would highly recommend.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly with a little tour around to show you what was what.

Sometimes being on the main road people at the pub across the street could be quite loud. But I did stop over the weekend.
