Abbey Hideout - Lovely 1-Bed APT in Heart of Bath

Location, well furnished, great Wi-Fi, comfortable and clean

Could have done with using radiators not the panel heaters.

Clean, cozy and I enjoyed the decor. Plenty of cups and glasses along with other kitchen equipment. The extra little portable heater was nice. Good location very close to Abbey, Roman Baths and the Christmas market was right outside. Short walk to Bath Spa train station. I enjoyed hearing the Abbey bells from time to time. Bed was good and the couch in the lounge was comfy. Daniel's communication was excellent and the directions to find the lockbox for the keys were comprehensive and clear.

Just a few very minor things that I noticed for improvement: The shower drain was a little slow, could probably use some drain cleaner. The lockbox could use a fresh label, I could see it being difficult to read in the dark or for someone with poorer eyesight. One of the blinds in the lounge was out of order and could do with being fixed, the window had an obscuring layer on the lower part of it so people couldnt look in but I would have preferred the blind. Other than that the Abbey bells get played a little even late at night, just a short jingle and it didnt bother me but may bother others. The neighbors were pretty quiet although the one upstairs occasionally dropped something which was loud but that is normal for apartment buildings.

Location was excellent for exploring the city.

No heating in the bathroom as the towel rail didn’t work so damp towels couldn’t dry. Only one wine glass ! There was soaking wet washing in the cupboard which was smelly.

Small but cosy apartment in a great location. I would recommend it and use it again.

I liked that its central and close to everything!

Its very noisy through the day and wifi is terrible. So of you want to get some work done. It's impossible!

There was no breakfast offered or expected. The location was excellent.

The dishes in the kitchen needed to be washed before using them.

squeeky floors, dodgy carpet, not all curtains worked, and they didn’t fit properly, oh! & finding the key box was a right faf!

A hidden gem at the loveliest little square in the city centre. Very clean and comfy apartment.
