"Very disappointing stay with serious issues and poor management."

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The main issue was a serious plumbing problem: the bidet was leaking a significant amount of water, causing the bathroom to flood multiple times. Despite reporting the issue, it did not seem to be taken seriously at first. Additionally, the water was completely shut off for an entire day without proper notice, making it impossible to shower or use basic facilities. Considering that access to water is a fundamental service, this caused a major inconvenience. Another very concerning aspect was the handling of the security deposit. The deposit was requested only a couple of days before arrival, through an external payment link, which was not clearly communicated in advance and did not match the information shown on the booking. This created unnecessary stress and confusion. I also requested an invoice for my stay, which has not been provided. Communication was present, but overall not effective in resolving the issues during my stay, and there was no real effort to properly address the problems in a timely manner. Overall, I cannot recommend this property. I would strongly suggest improving maintenance, transparency, and handling guest issues in a more professional and timely manner.

"That was terrible. The staff is so rude."

Nothing!

The staff is terrible. They ask for additional deposit to be paid via card. They ask for sensitive details about your bank account online which is not safe. I don’t recommend this place to anybody.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, estaba mas cerca del centro de lo que pensábamos y al lado del apartamento está toda la zona de bares para parar y tomar algo. Apartamento más grande de lo esperado.
