Location was amazing for alton towers. Collecting the keys from the box was perfect too. We loved that there was a playstation too

The double bed was 2 singles pushed together so wasnt very comfy

Nice comfy beds, liked the selection of games, tidy and well kept throughout. Good communication from the owners. Nice and close to Alton towers

Courtyard/car park was very dark, could do with an outside light.

"Great place to stay"

Communication was perfect. Location. Well equipped. Parking. Internet.

Double bed was 2 singles pushed together. Which was ok, but the middle was a little uncomfortable. There is a lot of road noise. (Something we are not used to) and security light shine in the bedroom when triggered. Neither a big issue. Curtains may help with this situation.

Nice situ and clean

The oven wouldnt work.. the shower was hard to work so husband had a cold shower.. the towels were tiny The boards games were riduiculosly small. There was such a bad noise outside with traffic kept us awake most night..no where nice to eat all closed at 8pm

Clean and welcoming.

Shower was the wrong type for a low ceiling. The overhead part was at eye level and easy to hit your face against.
