Property was in a fantastic location for what we wanted. Very close to Alton towers.

The bottom oven and tumble drier were both not working. This was disappointing as we had been swimming and was hard to get all the swimming stuff washed. Also the shower was really temperamental. Was either roasting hot or freezing.

Thanks for the stay but can do better.

Photos on booking.com and the actual stay were very different. The carpet in hall was dirty. Cleanliness can do better.

The location was superb for Alton towers. The property was clean, easily accessible and comfortable. Communication was excellent on the lead up to the stay. Have no faults whatsoever
