"Lovely little house, nice and close to Alton Towers"

Comfortable beds, well presented and nice living space. Good communication from hosts!

The shower didn't have brilliant pressure and getting the hot water to stay on was a slight challenge.

Everything else 😆 if the problems mentioned where to be resolved or changed then I would happily return

The Shower was the main problem, and it was a nightmare. I got the hot running like it said then 30 seconds later cold again, we both gave up and had a horrible unexpected cold shower first thing in the morning. The TV was bad with very poor signal (choppy and intermittent), and it was bad enough that we couldn't actually watch anything and switched it off after 10 mins. The noise coming from the main road is very noticeable and a tad intrusive, especially in the morning.

Beautiful cottage, great location as close to Alton towers, very clean. Kids loved the games, great there was shower gel, shampoo, coffee and auger. The little things made it enjoyable. Loved it.

"A place to lay your head down."

Shower wouldn’t work. We tried a few times yet weren’t getting anywhere. I didn’t find the apartment very clean. Towel smelt really musty. Shampoo and conditioner provided was no better than a basic soap bar. Single glazed windows you can hear everything going out outside. Lots of things outdated and need replacing. We stay at places lots as times as a family and have always had a complementary basket with milk, bread and tea bags etc. these are always a nice touch to welcome guests. Just didn’t feel very welcoming.

Good location to alton towers, lovely 2 bed property, got all that's needed, stayed at alton towers before, prefer it hear. ☆☆☆☆☆

Check out too early, for us really.
