Within the apartment, the green wall paint requires attention, and the area behind the bed is notably dusty. The television signal was unavailable, preventing operation. The exterior and walkway to the apartment isnt very welcoming. Patio chairs are broken. Personally, I think with some TLC, this could be a very nice place.
