The Neal's 4 Bedroom House in Buxton Sleeps 8

We were a group of women on a walking weekend and the house was close to some beautiful walks in the area. It was also quiet at night which was good.

We couldn’t stay there for longer duration

It was an immaculately clean house with good facilities. Easy to use bus and taxi if you don't want to take car into Bixton and if you do reasonable parking. Great views from ensuite bedroom.

It was off putting being informed on arrival day that noise monitoring equipment might be in the property. Not sure what this is. It left us concerned that their might be issues with the neighbours. But we had no problems and respected the quiet hours stated. We would book again the property worked well for middle age ladies visiting the spa, but we did not use the garden and the estate was very quiet which we loved. We hope you appreciate the balanced feedback I have used booking.com reviews all over the world and always appreciate an all round picture of what to respect to make sure the facilities meet our requirements.

We had trouble accessing the lock for the keys and had to call the number provided

The beds were very uncomfortable

Four bedroom home with one room being master room. Home away from home. Bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable beds. Fully equipped home with cleaning products to utensils and cutlery. A very nice size garden, shame the weather wasn't on our side, however it was still beautiful to look at.

Everything was amazing, there was nothing we didn't dislike. Wish we stayed for longer.

Great space to spend time with family and it was very well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay

Very minor but didn’t have a big pot for one pot cooking enough for eg spag Bol for 8 people, so we had to use two smaller pots… that was the only thing I can think of which could be added. Also only 1 dishwasher tab was left and was the only thing we had to go out and buy but essential to keep a busy house running smoothly. Everything else was provided

Lovely new house, warm, comfortable and well located near Buxton.

Cleanliness was poor. Kitchen cutlery, oven and worksurfaces all had to be cleaned before use. The cushions on the sofa in the living room smelt so bad we had to remove them from the room and lock them in a cupboard. Contacted the hosts and received a dismissive response and nothing was done about it.
