"Lovely house in a good location, reasonably priced, we would visit again and recommend ."

Lovely 4 bed new build less than a 10 minute drive from central Buxton. Quiet location with views of the fields and sheep, but still had local shop and pub to walk to. There were 8 of staying at the property and it was unusual that all 8 of us could fit around the dining table and on the sofas, this is not always the case. It was like home from home with everything you needed and more, even giant Connect 4 , giant Jenga and lots of board games. Beds were very comfortable, great firm mattress and decent pillows. Parking for 2 cars on driveway and one on pavement outside. Nice size garden with seating for 8 , unfortunately the weather meant we didn’t get to use it.

If I was being picky the TV was on the small size for the room and if you were sat on one of the sofas you struggled to see the screen. Plug in main bathroom sink didn’t fit properly but we did report this to the owner so it could be fixed for the next guests.

Very modern and spacious with everything you could need for a lovely stay - close to Buxton town centre and near to different shops - very clean and very clear communication from the hosts prior to and after the visit

Beautiful house in a quiet location. Clean, great facilities and communication leading up to the stay was perfect. Would highly recommend this property to others. Easy access to Buxton town centre.

Location and space inside

Showers especially were not clean Hardly any toilet roll One tea towel only. Would have appreciated a welcome box - small jar of coffee, tea, packet of biscuits, dishwasher tablets.

House perfect with everything we needed for 3 generations..

Felt information booklet needed a bit of a re vamp. Could only find 1 bin no recycling bins in site. Would be helpful for information on local surgeries and hospitals as one of the children was poorly. Could be useful to tell people how to use wine cooler. Overall a good experience and would recommend to thers

It was very cold when we arrived at the house. The property was advertised as having 3 bathrooms when in fact it had 2.5
