Location is great, easy access to vivacity shops, and easy GRAB access. - The property is spacious for my group.

some of the amenities can be maintained, like the lights cant be turned off, must be turned off via the DB. - To provide better towel 😊 - The faucet for the kitchen can be improved - Provide soft bristle broom, so we can do sweeping if there is a mess - Garbage plastic, at least 2 piieces - About time to clean the iron and replace ironing board 😊 - Internet connection are a bit on the slow side
