Parking lot unorganized. Need to improve on parking lot numbering.

It is situated in vivacity mega mall which makes the access to shops and restaurants very convenient. The manager of this apartment is good.

The apartment was not up to standards in terms of cleanliness and the furniture was a great disappointment. The couches in the lounge are broken and sink in as soon as you sit on them. The queens beds in the master bed are fine but the bunk bed in the second room is not comfortable and the absence of side tables etc makes it a bit inconvenient. The bathrooms need alot of maintenance, the sink gets clogged, the toilets are very dirty, the bidet is broken etc etc. the balcony was very small, and there was construction work going on in the middle of the night.

No swimming pool for guest

Location is very convenient & superb being close to airport and next to a big shopping mall with a big supermarket with good offerings and many eateries nearby. Bedding configurations is excellent for big traveling group with lovely soft white sheets and minimalist decor. Access to apartment block is easy from the mall entrance. Easy to catch Grab.

A thorough cleaning and some repairs & maintenance for both bathrooms to spruce them up will make this apartment very appealing to guests.
