The Studio, Rosebud. 5 minutes walk to beach.

We felt very comfortable. The owner welcomed us very warmly and gave us lots of tips on what to see and what to avoid. She lived right next door with her family and was always available to answer all our questions. When we had to change our plans due to illness, she and her husband were very helpful with their flexibility and their advice on medical care. The apartment is spread over two floors. Despite the small size, you'll find everything you need. The beds are comfortable, although they might be a bit too small for very tall people. The address was easy to find with the sat nav. The sea is just a few minutes' walk away. A large supermarket, which is also open on Sundays, is about 2 km away. St. Ives is very easy to reach by train.

Nothing everything was perfect

Our host Iona was fantastic, on arrival she had put milk, bread, butter as well as some lovely Cornish biscuits in the apartment. Iona spent some time with us giving us a list of places to visit during our stay… I am pleased to say that we ticked off most of her suggestions..👍 went into St Ives on the train which was brilliant and cheap £2.10 each way…Iona was a fantastic friendly host who made our stay really enjoyable Thank you x

Rosebud was perfectly proportioned with everything we needed for a few days in Cornwall. The studio was lovely and clean with a really comfortable bed. By far our favourite part was meeting Iona who was super welcoming and had lots of tips for gorgeous places to visit! We’ll definitely be back!

Gorgeous little apartment. Owner (Iona) lives next door- wonderfully helpful and friendly but also just let us get on! We will definitely stay again if we are in Cornwall.

Die äußerst freundliche Gastgeberin und ihre vielen wunderbaren Tipps. Durch sie wurde unser Aufenthalt noch schöner. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür! Die gute Ausstattung der Küche. Die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zu Strand und Bahnhof. Sehr praktisch war für uns die Ladestation für E-Autos.

Das Schlafzimmer und das Bett waren etwas klein.

Amazing location, lovely little village, very short walk to the train station for the stunning train ride into St Ives. Really well equipped exactly as the pictures show. Host is really helpful and very friendly. All the little touches make a huge difference.
