The Studio, Rosebud. 5 minutes walk to beach.

Location is perfect as a base for exploring the area. Thoughtfully and simply laid out to provide a warm and comfy base with everything you need to start the day and come back to after a day exploring the area. Train, bus and car are all easy options for getting about from here. But its also ideal for walking into St Ives along the scenic coast path. Being close to a decent pub with good food and a warm welcome was an added bonus.

The property was very comfortable and very stylish, with everything you need. The host Iona couldn’t have been more helpful and it was great to know she was on hand if I had any problems, not that I did. She gave some great suggestions of things to do in St Ives. The studio is 5 mins from the train station making it so easy to get in and out of St Ives without the hassle of parking. It was a great base from which to explore. I would recommend to anyone travelling on there on as a nice, safe place to stay. Would also suit a couple.

Perfect location

Very nice study in a wonderful environment. Location at the end of a dead end street, in a beautiful, quiet, green, residential area. Parking space foreseen for guests. Easy to go to St. Ives by train (few min), train station within walking distance (but few trains on Sunday). The study is clean, modern, cosy, with all necessary equipment. Host is a wonderful lady, helpful, kind, with lots of good advice. She has prepared a guide for guests with things to do, how to get there, personal advice, restaurants and bars nearby, directions for shops, ... it felt very welcoming, warm and I would return any day. Thank you !!
