Castle Town Contemporary Ryokan 天籟 - TENRAI -

Absolutely fantastic. The house and the gardens were out of this world. A great mix of traditional Japanese interiors with high technology. What a wonderful way to spend a few days, rather than being cramped in hotel rooms for the same money. A lovely little walk into the old town too, with some great restaurants.

The most perfect, authentic Japanese Ryokan i have ever stayed at. The service is wonderful, the space is huge and perfectly maintained and the amenities are of the highest quality. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hat 7 Zimmer und einen eigenen Onsen. Der Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus. Es hat einen schönen Garten. Der Aufenthalt war exzellent. Ich hoffe wieder einmal dort übernachten zu können.

古い建物ですが、清潔感があります。 過去のリノベーション物件の中でも断トツ清潔な一棟泊です。 日本庭園を眺めながらの風呂はとても気持ちが良く、縁側でも良かったです。

離れは寝室以外に暖房が無くて、夜は滞在すること躊躇するレベルでした。 母屋はしっかり暖房機設備があったので離れとの落差が残念だった。

家族3人でしたので、最初広すぎて、どう部屋を使っていいか分からずでしたが、4日目には帰りたくないほど愛着がでました。とっても清潔で素晴らしいです。

大変広くとても居心地がよかった。広すぎで勿体ないぐらいだった。お風呂場にも床暖を使用しており行き届いたサービスに驚いた。

シャワーを使っていると時間制限があるのか途中で止まってしまうため次に出るまで待ってる間が寒かった。 管理側はお客様にずっと水を出しっぱなしにされて困るという気持ちもわからなくはないが2台シャワーがあるなか1台は制限に関係なく出るようにしてほしい。
