"THE place to stay if you like the history and culture of Japan"

It is a very beautiful and relaxing place. Everything about the indoor decorations and garden makes you feel at peace. The bath is something you have to try! It felt great! The house is also in a good location. Everything necessary is within walking distance. If you want to visit Bitchu Matsuyama Castle, you can walk up to it. On the way down, you can visit the Samurai House and the Raikyū-ji garden. Then, go back to the house to take a rest before you continue the tour to the Takahashi City Museum of Local History. The host is also one of the nicest people I have met. It is easy to ask if you need something or have a question. Very friendly. Had a great stay 👍

The main entrance door was a little bit difficult to close, so it would lock itself. Needed to give it a little nudge when closing it. Nothing bad, just something to be aware of.
