What A Cutie CBD 3 Mins to Handy Secure Park.

Great location within walking distance of the centre of town. Is in a gated community that felt secure. Everything inside the Airbnb was great - well equipped kitchen, comfortable couch and had a washer/dryer. Host was very responsive.

The front door hasn’t got any window treatments on it so anyone in the complex can see directly into through length of the property at night. Day time wasn’t too bad once the sun was right up over three surrounding buildings as the door is tinted. Addressed the privacy issue with the host and she said she is waiting on the owners direction on how to fix this known problem. We ended up putting a sheet up over the door for a little privacy. Location was perfect.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Was good to have a washing machine and also iron and ironing board. The apartment was well equip with glasses, mugs, plates, utensils and cooking items. The bed was comfy. If you are flying into Christchurch you can get the no8 bus to Christchurch interchange bus station and it's around 5-7 mins walk. This apartment is so near to the town centre for getting around by walking. Excellent location.

The apartment was rather dark and had to put the lights on during the day.

Fabulous location, apartment had pretty much everything we needed. I did ask for extra towels and these were dropped off within hours which was fabulous! Having free parking just a short walk away was an extra bonus!

Blind on front door was missing however, after it was explained to us that three blinds had been broken in as many months, we could understand why the owner did not want to replace yet again. Glass is heavily tinted and hardly any passersby so not a major issue really.

The location was very good. Easy walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and the tram. We appreciated the information booklet inside telling us about best attractions and good places to eat. That was very helpful.

We were a little confused re instructions about locating our actual unit inside the complex and there was no number on the Unit to identify it. The bathroom though was the main problem. No bench space to put anything and it had not been thoroughly cleaned.

Parking isn’t as advertised, extremely limited & was full. Ending up having to pay a lot of money to use a parking lot.

The bed sagged in the middle with two people in it. Little natural light unless door open. Blind on door missing.
