Location good

Window no blind on front door. Feel at night people can see right through accomodation

The location was great. Easy to walk to the Bus Interchange and the CBD. Supermarket and restaurants were close by.

The blind was missing from the front door, due to previous customers breaking it. The host said people couldn't see in because of the tinted glass, however at night with our light on, people could easily see in.

It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for just the two of us. Comfortable and clean and stylish.

Front door was missing its roller blind which meant anyone outside could see all the way into the apartment, right into the bedroom + the entrance to the bathroom, so that was a bit annoying.

Great location, in walking distance to the CBD. Well equipped quiet apartment. Netflix available.

The only thing was there is no blind on the front door and as the apartment is quite dark we needed the lights on during the day when we were there. Although the glass is smokey you can still see in when the lights are on. We hung one of the throws up on it to give us more privacy. Maybe a half blind (as far as the door handle) or curtains that pull across the front may help.

It was a perfect city pad with great clean facilities and close to everything and a really wonderful Host

The location was close to the city centre with restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance.

Firstly we found the toilet seat was broken, on messaging the apartment manager they merely apologized and said they didn't know it was broken!? Secondly, one of the reasons we chose this place was that its amenities included free parking. However, on arrival, we found the parking spot was a 3-minute walk away from the apartment. It was not a reserved space for the apartment, and someone was already parked in the space. I messaged the apartment manager about this, but they did not offer any alternative to us but to pay for parking elsewhere.

Location and cleanliness.

TV didn't work, and staff unhelpful.

The location is great - easily walkable to good restaurants, a supermarket and the CBD The property was spotlessly clean The kitchen was well equipped with a good number of bowls, plates & cutlery The neighbours seemed friendly and were respectful in terms of noise Lexia was easily contactable through Booking.com and responsive

The parking space provided with the apartment was not a designated space and as such we were unable to use it for one of the nights and, with all the road works, (which is something which is obviously out of the control of the property manager), it was stressful navigating to somewhere we could park without paying a fortune! I called Lexia the property manager to explain about the unavailability of the space and she offered to cover the cost of the overnight parking which was much appreciated and she was prompt in transferring it into our account. The bed wasn't comfortable - personal preference I guess but it was soft and responsive to every movement!
