الدخول كان صعب ومعقد والشقة صغيرة جداً وأثاثها قديم والحمام سيء كل ذلك كان يمكن قبوله ومالا يمكن قبولة كثرة الرسائل قبل السكن بصيغة التهديد لا تفعل وسوف تتعرض لعقوبة ممنوع الزائرين ممنوع تأكل ممنوع ترفع اي صوت ممنوع ….ممنوع !!!؟؟ سكنت الشقة بتوتر وخرجت منها متوتراً وكانت تجربة سيئة جداً وحياة الفنادق أفضل ألف مرة .

Nestled within the heart of BGC

1. There were two leaks from the ceiling near the bedroom. 2. The shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. 3. There was only one trash bin in the entire unit, located in the bathroom.(we were later advised that there was another bin underneath the kitchen cabinet but it was not the case) Do not book during peak seasons. We booked for NYE. Registration process is handled directly by the building admin so the staff can do little about it. We were made to wait outside the registration lounge under the drippings of the AC units. Overall, its too much for the rate. Accomodations like this go for half the actual price.

The staff was very accommodating as I had requested to check in earlier than the indicated time because my daughter wasn’t feeling very well. Upon our arrival, we found the apartment clean and with the air conditioning on, which I really appreciated given the hot, humid weather. They also provided the essentials (towels, toothbrush and toothpaste kit, and bottled water). The area where the apartment is located is very nice as it is in a central location, just two minutes from Uptown Mall, with many restaurants nearby, and only 10-15 minutes from BGC High Street. I definitely recommend it!

The only thing we were disappointed with was that we were not allowed to access the pool because it was a holiday, since it was October 31. They told us that on holidays, only the property owners can use the pool, not the guests. I don't think that's very fair to the guests who stay during holiday periods. Unfortunately, my daughter was very upset about it. I hope this can be resolved with the property so that guests can have access to the pool even on holidays.

It was in the perfect location for walking to the big international schools, shopping and food. It was simple and easy and had everything you need.
