Good for parking

Great location, ideal for our requirements as working locally. Property was nice, easy access with key box on site.

Beds were not comfortable however I am aware everyone has different preferences.

The location was far away from the city centre. The house smells dampness and spider web were found around the house, it wasn't the best stay.

Property is really nice, good size and location, however house advertised as accommodating 5 people and whilst it has 5 beds the living and kitchen area only accommodates 4 persons. There are 4 seats in kitchen and 4 in living room.

Sadly the landlord for this property is not the best. Messaged at 3 am to tell me worker was planned to come at 9 am next day. Obviously didn’t get the message and so worker woke up whole family who had just driven 8 hours from London night before. Had this property booked from April and stayed in July and landlord did not tell us about the booking despite claiming it was pre booked months ago. Worker stated the work had just been booked that morning so not sure if this is a confusion or dishonesty from the landlord. Worker then came again the next day half hour before check out unannounced and pressured us to let him in to finish work despite making the women in our family uncomfortable to get ready with him inside. Reached out to landlord for help and was completely ignored after their initial apology on first night. No compensation offered for what was a very disrupted stay and supposed to be a joyful occasion for a university graduation in the family. Very disappointed with customer service.

Great location and the house had everything we needed.

Previous guests hadn't reported a sink leak, just put a pan under it, the owner was very responsive when we let him know, and set to getting in sorted.

Clean bedding. Roomy. Nice to have a kitchen. Host was communicative and friendly.

It needs a good once over. A few cobwebs/spiders, marks on walls, mildew in tub/shower, sofa needs legs, yard/curb appeal could use some sprucing up.

We were not able to stay due to place not being cleaned before our arrival.
