Chilton View - 4 Bed 2 Bath Luxury Home in County Durham

The amount of space, enclosed garden, pool table to entertain older kids and location very handy for getting around. A lovely property.

Wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. Only 4 forks and yet advertised as home for 6, a few of the plates they had in the cupboard were quite badly chipped or broken so not usable.

Spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds. Beautiful home

Host is super responsive, thank you. House is of good condition and quality standard. Kitchen has all you need. Dog friendly and safe neighborhood. Garden is totally enclosed if you have a dog. Local biking trail along the Auckland walkway (old railway) from Spennymore if interested.

The property was fab and the kitchen diner was great for us as a group. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were a good size and modern. Great communication with hosts. Would definitely book the property again if attending an event nearby again.

4 bedrooms, perfect for family to have some space. Sociable kitchen, good lounge and a bonus of a pool & gym set up in converted adjoining garage. 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) plus a downstairs toilet Decking outside - but weather wasn’t great but would have been good.

Great house, nice and clean,big rooms, the kitchen has everything you need, and the pool table was a great touch.

That it was booked out the next week, so had to downgrade
