We Loved the stay at this amazing home , it was a nice quiet area with the benefit of feeling at home and relaxed , looking already to book again. CK was always available to answer or help with any questions with just a call/text away which we felt well looked after. Thanks once again 😁

"Chilten stay"

Location was very good for diggerland and beamish house was lovely included lots of the basics and a bottle of wine and easter egg which was a lovely touch also spotless clean and very comfortable

The house is in a lovely quiet location.Very quiet area with off street parking. Very spacious with a large bathroom and powerful hot shower. 4 good size bedrooms with comfortable beds.Second walk in shower in one of the bedrooms.Big kitchen with everything you need.Nice lounge. We used it as a base for Sedgefield horse racing approximately 15 minutes away.I have have stayed in several similar places but this is the best..many thanks to the owners for doing a sterling job.

"Great place for contractors"

Booked for 4 contractors, each of us had spacious private room, there was a private secure parking for our Van at the front of property. commute to work site in Darlington was very easy via A1 - 10 minutes drive We would definitely book it again.

2 wine glasses were missing, which cleaners replaced straight away when we messaged host.

House: Decoration, Quality of fittings & furniture, Gym & pool table, spacious rooms, Location: central Location with easy access to major roads leading to Durham Newcastle Darlington Bishop Auckland & Newton Aycliffe Host: Great communication & very helpful

House was cold when we arrived but after 2 hours it became nice & warm

The house is really modern, spacious, comfortable and sparkling clean. All the fittings, furniture and equipment are of high standard. The garden is very spacious and well maintained. The pool table and gym are like icing on the cake. The location is very quiet. It is very close to A1/M1 & A167, perfect for exploring County Durham.
