Really poor quality finishes, Mould all over the bedroom, we had to book and stay elsewhere as my mother who has COPD and Lung cancer couldn’t stay there, customer services said they will get back to me and that was almost 2 weeks ago.

Clean, new apartment, free parking, central location

Nice kitchen but has no pots, pans, so unable to cook.Asked about this after arrival but did not get a response. Large skylight in middle of bedroom so light from 4.30am in Summer! Property charges a £75 cleaning fee which is excessive. Took 18 days & many emails before the £250 security deposit was refunded. Time consuming & stressful, should have happened soon after checkout.

Apartment very clean and fresh Well decorated. Perfect views . Very relaxing.

In our opinion the booking system was very time consuming. Had a phone just 13 minutes after checking out time That is a little too much pressure. Main entrance and inside main door strewn with cigarette ends and smelt of tobacco. Maybe ban smoking even on car park. Not nice if your non smokers Would

Right on the sea front which is fab. Great facilities in the apartment including a washing machine. Free WiFi was amazing with great reception. Apartment itself was very clean and modern with good quality fittings.

Beds were not very comfortable and the duvets were infuriating as the covers constantly came off. The windows didn’t look out onto anything bar staircases and were small in the living area so it was quite dark if you didn’t have the light on even during the day.
