You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

The location of the property was perfect, we had beautiful sea views from every angle. The apartments were very contemporary, modern and comfortable. The kitchen was very well designed and practical. I don’t know when the apartments had been upgraded but the owners have done a first class job. There was free parking at the property which is very convenient.

Only one issue. On arrival we didn’t have the correct remote control in the apartment for the television which meant we couldn’t watch it. In all fairness once I messaged the host the next morning he sent a video of where in the guest house it could be located so all was fine. It sounds like there are not enough to keep one in each of the apartments. If your remote control doesn’t have a Home button (looks like a little house) on it. You need to ask where to get one.

"Burnham on sea apartment"

Nicely fitted apartment. .

Has a washing machine nowhere to dry though. No mirror in the bathroom difficult to wet shave for hubby. Units in kitchen are high and to get plates cups and glasses I needed to stand on a chair. Also no appliances booklets available

Location

No tv remote, I informed the owners that we could not locate a tv remote, which when you have a 2yr old is essential. Nothing was done about it. Security deposit is still been kept even thought I was told it would be paid back the day of checkout.

"Great short break weather and location fab."

No breakfast, property was self catering. Great location, with fab view of beach/ sea and sunsets. Streets very clean with no litter or rubbish lying around. Free parking very useful and would imagine a big bonus during peak season. Kitchen well equipped with all mod cons

Didn't receive in structions regarding picking up keys so had to telephone customer service who advised apartment no and luckily cleaner was on hand and let us in. No instructions in property regarding Fire procedures. No user manuals for oven hob dishwasher or washing machine. No inventory. We had missing cutlery, No TV remote
