we loved the location, and it was super neat and clean as well. had pretty much everything we needed

the beds were not super comfortable. very hard to lay on sadly

The cleaness had everything you would want for a break away

The shower was amazing

Was uneasy about giving identification and deposit payment details outside of booking .com

convenience for commute to work

Asked on numerous occasions for the main entrance door to be fixed as this was broken and anyone could have wandered in, and the issue still wasn't actioned by the time I checked out,

The views from the sitting room was amazing and the location spot on,

Didn’t like my granddaughter finding a tablet packet, or for there to only be two knives and spoons in the kitchen when you had rented it to a family of four meal time was hard, Also someone keep leaving front doors open over night,

Recently renovated/modernised. Positioned opposite the promenade, and a very short walk to all the towns shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Pubs were dog freindly :-)

For us a dishwasher instead of the washing machine would have been better.

Location was good,

Being woken up (after eventually falling asleep in the most small, uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in) by trades men, stamping, talking, coughing, banging doors, both in the property and vans outside our window. The bedroom needs curtains or a black out blind as far too light with the outside light shining in. There was no mirror in the bathroom, the extortionate pet cleaning fee of £100, which wasn't asked for until the morning of our visit. Pizza box with half eaten pizza in, outside the door on the floor of the apartment opposite, peeling paint work (looks like a damp problem), one of the blinds in the living area was too short. The call centre the owners use is in India and we weren't given any instructions on how to access the apartment, we had to make contact ourselves and once through to someone I found it very difficult to understand them, they wouldn't give me the key safe code over the phone but insisted it was wassup to me, which all took time and a right palarva.

Location and Decoration

Be aware unfortunately we missed it. Right at the bottom of the information it says about a damages deposit to pay upfront after you booked it. This is a lot of money to find on top of your holiday cost and spending money especially for us as pensioners. I contacted customer services but they would not change it. As we had no cancellation policy for this booking we had no alternative but to find the money which was £250! or loose the full amount for the holiday. We were lucky our family’s helped us. I still had to chase them after for the money to be refunded back into my account as it was not done in the time scale they say it will be. This should be made clearer on the main details of the description of the apartment not right at the bottom of the extra information. we would not have booked this if we had seen it before we paid for the holiday. We also felt that for a self catering apartment there was not the expected equipment for this. No waste bins in bedrooms No welcome pack or information in the apartment No mirrors in the bedrooms Only one wardrobe and one hanging rail out of three bedrooms Only one lamp in the double bedroom that had no bulb Ceiling light bulb not working in the single bedroom No toiletries in the main bathroom and only hand wash in the toilet No condiments empty salt and pepper pots No kitchen scissors No place mats or table mats Apartment for 6 but only enough tableware, cutlery and glasses for four people. Only one roasting pan for the oven no casserole dishes No microwave bowls to cook with, no fruit bowl etc No bottle opener I had to go and buy one as the bottle of wine we took was corked. Dining table for four not 6 Main door long code to put in every time you arrived back. If you want to check in earlier it cost £10 per hour if you leave late you will get fined
