"Very Good"

Comfortable sofa and bed Nice large shower Kitchen amenities good

* No fans to use in the high temperatures, especially in bedrooms. Uncomfortably hot. * No roller blind on the south-facing kitchen window/door to aid privacy or heat prevention * closeness to road. Woken numerous times due to traffic noise.

It was easy to get in. On first view everything looks lovely

When I came to strip the beds, the pillows underneath were actually disgusting. Yellow and stained. Made me feel physically sick

"Lovely property, well appointed home from home."

The location was perfect for exploring North Norfolk. Well presented and clean. South facing garden was private and well laid out. Fully enclosed for children & dogs. Great communication from owners and very informative.

Lots of little extras, well thought out. Felt like staying in a home rather than a rental. Could do with a couple of baking trays

Great location, handy food pub close by, great kitchen, lounge, modern bathroom, comfy bedrooms.

Please leave some milk as we had to go out shopping as soon as we arrived at the cottage.

Slightly uncomfortable mattress but that is such a personal choice.

Garden was good and secure. Well located for all amenities.

Stairs were difficult but ok for a short stay. Appreciate little can be done about this

"An adorable cosy and beautiful cottage - high recommend!"

It was absolutely perfect! Decorated and fitted to an extremely high standard! And the little Christmas extra, the tree and decoration just made it even more homely and cosy.
