PLThe location is great, right on Augusta Street, within walking distance of Praça do Comércio, the Santa Justa Lift, and Rossio Square. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was well equipped. Bottle of wine was a nice gesture.
Since it’s in a lively area, there can be some street noise but with closed windows it is not a problem.

Location was good, restaurants and shops downstairs. But the faded white towels was old and stiff, a little concern about the cleanness, we asked for replacement, and the response was we will be charged for the replacement. Secondly, there was only 3 coffee pods provided for 4 guests 3 days 2 night stay. i tried to contact the management for that as well, but response was they only provide “essential”, and the 3 pods was not even enough for his so called “essential” to 4 guests!
